My name is Eliz Tarp.  I currently reside in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area (North Richland Hills).  I have been working with the elderly for 7 years now, and truly love it.  It saddens my heart to see so many nursing homes where people do not get the care, love and attention that they need.  I believe the best option for our elderly is to be able to stay in their homes with their familiar surroundings and receive the proper care there!
